Return & Refund Policy

 At Lumière Dorée, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase! If for any reason you're not happy, we offer a 14-day return policy. However, after 14 days from your purchase, we are unable to provide a refund or exchange. 

Return Eligibility: 

To qualify for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase. 

Please Note: You will be responsible for the return shipping costs. Shipping fees are non-refundable, and if you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your total refund. 

Damages and Issues: 

We inspect all items before they are shipped, but please check your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue. We’ll need photos of the damage or issue to assist with the process. 

Exchanges: 

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you if your exchange has been approved. If approved, we will ship you a replacement item of the same value. Please allow 7-10 business days for processing. 

Sale Items: 

Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items cannot be returned or refunded. 

Custom Products (Private Label Candles): 

Please note that our Private Label Scented Candles are custom-made to your specific preferences, so they cannot be returned or exchanged. Before placing your order, we recommend sampling our fragrances to ensure you're happy with your selection. We do not accept returns for candles you don’t like the scent of. 

Additionally, if you order clear glass candles, you may notice what’s called a "wet spot"—this occurs when the wax contracts unevenly from the glass due to changes in temperature and humidity. This is a natural occurrence and does not affect the candle's burn quality. Candles with wet spots are not considered defective and cannot be returned for this reason.
